Your tasks

• Receiving, recording and processing service reports related to repairs
• Handling repair cases for mechanical and electrical components
• Advising our customers regarding repair costs and possible credits
• Monitoring the repair process
• Proactively informing and communicating with customers, branches or representatives about the current repair status
• Coordinating and managing all repair procedures
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing of orders
  

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, etc., or comparable technical qualification
• Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the assembly of machine tools or assemblies
• Technical understanding as well as the ability to recognise and assess contexts
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation as well as pronounced communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills in spoken and written form are desirable
• Independent, responsible and precise way of working
• Team- and solution-oriented "doer personality"
