Customer Service Advisor Internal Sales Sanitary 100% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve with us

• You independently process customer orders and ensure smooth handling
• You prepare quotations, actively follow them up and continue processing them
• You place orders and coordinate as well as monitor delivery calls
• You clarify delivery dates and open questions with suppliers and internal departments
• You support and advise our customers by phone – especially professionals from the sanitary sector
• You accompany large projects from the offer phase to implementation

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in wholesale or foreign trade or comparable
• Several years of experience in internal sales – preferably in the sanitary sector or in the construction-related trades
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Organisational talent as well as a strong customer and service orientation
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and strong communication skills
• Team spirit and resilience – even in hectic situations
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
