Business Analyst Occupational Pension Scheme (80-100%)
Tasks
- Business engineering for a new platform for advising corporate clients and simulating occupational pension offers
- As-is process analysis and development of an efficient, future-proof target process as a basis for IT implementation
- Recording of current procedures in the advisory process (analysis, needs assessment, tendering, review, optimisation) in occupational pensions (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)
- Identification and documentation of all manual interfaces, duplications and media discontinuities
- Participation in the development of the future target process focusing on eliminating manual interfaces, increasing data integrity, integration into the target architecture and improving efficiency
- Conducting workshops and interviews with business and IT stakeholders
- Creation of process models, interface overviews and requirements (user stories, epics, where applicable acceptance criteria)
- Independent development of solution proposals for process and interface optimisation as well as preparation of decision documents for management
- Support of further project planning (e.g. prioritisation, participation in roadmap/backlog)
- Support of IT teams (e.g. data flows, interface requirements)
Requirements
- Several years of in-depth experience as a business engineer or business analyst at financial service providers or insurance companies
- In-depth experience in the field of occupational pensions for corporate clients (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)
- Proven experience in end-to-end process analyses (as-is/to-be) and optimisation of business processes including reduction of manual interfaces and media discontinuities
- Sound methodological knowledge in process and requirements modelling (e.g. BPMN, use cases, user stories, process maps)
- Experience in agile organisations (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) as well as with Jira, Xray and Confluence
- Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent German language skills
