We are looking on behalf of our client, a major and recognised player in the Swiss mechanical industrial sector specialised in the design and manufacture of high-precision equipment:

Senior Scheduler (100%)

Your main tasks

• Planning & Monitoring: Establish and keep up to date the overall project planning as well as the associated manufacturing orders (MOs).

• Deadline management: Continuously monitor production progress to ensure strict compliance with delivery deadlines.

• Supply: Coordinate and ensure the timely availability of all components required for manufacturing.

• Continuous improvement: Actively participate in the review and optimisation of scheduling processes and planning flows.

Profile sought

• Education: Higher degree (ES, HES or equivalent) specialised in process management or Supply Chain.

• Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in an equivalent position within a demanding industrial environment.

• IT tools: Advanced mastery of an industrial ERP (knowledge of ProConcept is a significant asset).

• Personal skills:

  • Excellent communicator, enjoying collaborative and cross-functional work with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Structured mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • High stress resistance and pragmatism when facing production contingencies.
