To strengthen our Residential and Commercial Planning team in Langenthal, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous individual as

Planner: Residential and Commercial 70–100 %
In this role, you will handle diverse construction projects in the residential and commercial sectors from design through the construction project to execution. You will create precise plans in ArchiCAD, develop details and constructions, and work closely with the planning management and specialist planners. With your careful and independent working style, you contribute to professional and timely planning.

Your tasks:

• Handling construction projects from design through the construction project to execution planning
• Independent and phase-appropriate creation and processing of plans in ArchiCAD
• Development of detail and construction plans for execution
• Procurement, consolidation, and structured filing of planning documents
• Clarifications with authorities and specialist offices in consultation with planning management
• Coordination with specialist planners and incorporation of specialist coordination into the plans
• Working in ArchiCAD in teamwork via the BIM server
• Clarifications regarding Swiss standards and regulations and incorporation into the planning

What you bring:

• Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Experience in planning building construction projects, ideally in the residential and commercial sectors
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD and enjoyment of teamwork via the BIM server
• Understanding of constructions, execution details, and applicable Swiss standards and regulations
• Precise, independent, and reliable working style as well as a good sense of deadlines and quality
• Team orientation and open communication with planning management, specialist planners, and authorities
• Enjoyment of planning
