ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

You ensure stable operation and continuously develop existing virtualisation platforms based on VMware.
You are responsible for the administration and improvement of backup and recovery concepts, working with solutions such as Veeam.
You implement and support modern IT security solutions in the areas of network security, PAM, XDR, SIEM, and Zero Trust.
You assist in the development and introduction of security standards, protection concepts, and policies to strengthen information security.
You manage Microsoft 365 and Azure, integrate cloud services into existing system landscapes, and optimise their interaction with the existing IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education or a comparable qualification; a degree in business informatics is an advantage.
You possess solid knowledge in VMware, virtualisation, and Veeam as well as experience with modern security solutions such as PAM, XDR, SIEM, SOC, and Zero Trust.
You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and Azure and have a strong interest in information security and cloud technologies.
You convince with your analytical skills and approach complex technical issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You work independently, enjoy familiarising yourself with new technologies, and feel comfortable in a varied and technically demanding environment.
