Papilio is a place of support and development. Around 130 employees dedicate themselves daily with heart in 19 services ranging from family support services, through our special education school, to medical and educational therapies and comprehensive counselling and prevention services. Together, we promote the health, well-being, and personal development of people in Uri.

ICT Specialist 50 – 80 %

What you will achieve

• You are our ICT contact point and ensure a stable, secure, and reliable IT operation.
• You support and assist employees with IT questions and technical problems.
• You take on administration and further development of Microsoft 365, user accounts, and permissions.
• You manage the IT infrastructure, hardware and software, mobile devices, as well as the telephone system.
• You ensure technical IT security, updates, and backups, further develop these, and implement the documentation of IT-relevant internal control system controls.
• You coordinate collaboration with external IT service providers and suppliers.
• You think along, contribute your own ideas, and help continuously improve our ICT and internal processes. You also support optimisations and the use of new technologies such as automation and AI.

What you bring

• You have completed training in computer science / ICT or a comparable qualification. Motivated career changers with a strong ICT affinity and great technical interest are also welcome.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and bring a strong sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy supporting employees and can communicate technical topics clearly and pragmatically.
• You are interested in new technologies and are willing to actively shape digitalisation.
