IT Service Desk Specialist (a) 100% [Ref.2809]
Your tasks
- Receiving and processing incidents and service requests by phone and via the ticket system
- Direct support of users and as quick a resolution as possible at first contact
- Management of user accounts as well as handling various administrative tasks
- Forwarding more complex tickets to the responsible specialist departments
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles as well as clear user manuals
- Carrying out minor maintenance work on network printers and support with multimedia issues in meeting rooms
- Installation and setup of hardware and software
- Willingness for occasional Saturday deployments
Your profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable technical or commercial education with corresponding IT experience
- Initial to several years of experience in 1st-level support and direct contact with users
- Good practical knowledge in handling PCs, notebooks, and client-server applications
- Confident handling of common hardware in the office environment, such as PCs, notebooks, and network printers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common Office applications
- Quick comprehension, interest in new topics, and an independent working style
- Very good German skills as well as compulsory good French skills in spoken and written form
