- Professional experience: Experience in a comparable social enterprise desired
- Additional expertise: Possibly further training as a vocational trainer
- General requirements: Independence and responsible action, flexibility in action and thinking, ability to reflect, willingness to work with people who show challenging behaviour, mental and physical resilience, organisational competence, service orientation, PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), good oral and written expression

Areas of tasks:
Tasks directly related to clients: Support in communication, maintaining social contacts, daily activities, individual leisure activities, working hours, education, simple nursing care.
General tasks: Taking on key worker duties, contributing expertise, taking on departments, introductory blocks for new employees, implementation and compliance with guidelines, general departmental tasks, catering, cleaning, laundry processing, assistance with organisation and execution of events.
Cooperation and information: Active cooperation with supervisors, other departments, communication with legal representatives and relatives, conflict addressing, implementation of decisions, participation in meetings and further training.
Administrative tasks: Recording client data, journal entries, documentation, performance recording, working time control, evidence according to controlling requirements.
