Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and handle written and telephone enquiries professionally and with a service-oriented approach.
• You create and process offers, orders, purchases, and invoices, ensuring smooth order processing.
• You coordinate closely with Sales, Purchasing, manufacturers, and other internal departments.
• You maintain customer, price, and order data in our ERP systems and ensure high data quality.
• You support our customers with product-related questions and find suitable solutions for their requirements.
• You handle returns, complaints, and administrative matters reliably and on time.
• You take care of renewals, cloud bookings, framework orders, and customer-specific processes.
• You identify discrepancies within processes early and actively contribute to their optimisation.

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of daily customer contact.
• Structured, reliable, and careful working style with a high awareness of quality.
• Good understanding of administrative sales and order processes from enquiry to invoicing.
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Organisational talent and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the IT environment and experience with e-procurement solutions, customer portals, or manufacturer processes are advantageous.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
