For our client in Sisseln, we are immediately looking for a:

Clerk with GMP Experience (m/f/d) 100%

What to expect:

• Conducting batch record reviews for the areas of granulation, tableting, film coating and packaging as well as for GMP batches in the development sector

• Review of batch documentation according to GMP guidelines and initiation of necessary corrective and deviation measures

• Independent organisation and prioritisation of documentation reviews to ensure timely batch release

• Preparation of Batch Manufacturing Reports (BMR) and maintenance of relevant documentation

• Collection and evaluation of key figures in the area of batch documentation

• Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety and environmental guidelines within your area of responsibility

• Reporting of deviations as well as potential safety and environmental risks

• Close collaboration with production, quality assurance and other specialist departments

Your profile:

• Completed training in the GMP environment (e.g. pharmaceutical technologist, chemical laboratory technician or comparable qualification) or several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Several years of experience in the GMP environment as well as handling batch documentation is an advantage

• Experience in training coordination or in onboarding employees is a plus

• Very good German skills as well as good English skills spoken and written

• Good MS Office skills and confident handling of documentation systems

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Ability to convey knowledge clearly and appropriately for the audience

• Structured, careful and independent working style

• Organisational talent as well as the ability to set priorities flexibly and efficiently

• High resilience, quality awareness and solution-oriented thinking

• Team spirit, reliability and commitment
