- Several years of professional experience in the Spitex sector and/or in institutions in long-term care and clinics (rehabilitation, neurology, etc.)

- High social competence and resilience

- Flexibility and enjoyment of cooperative teamwork

- Professional, precise and independent working style

- Sense of responsibility, empathy and ability to work in a team

- Driving licence category B (advantageous)

- Good knowledge of the German language (at least level B2)

- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
