Social Pedagogue External Residential Group
Your tasks are:
- Supporting our clients with increased need for structure in everyday life: getting up, basic care, household, individual pedagogical support based on the support concept, leisure activities
- Being a key person for the clients and documenting their progress
- Actively shaping everyday life in the team, including case discussions and supervision
- Contributing social pedagogical approaches in support and collaboration with professionals including concept development and taking on professional responsibilities, e.g. AAC, project work
- Participation in the residential group household and support with all daily activities
- Maintaining client documentation
- Workload: 80%

- Qualification as a social pedagogue
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Careful observation, recognising progress and accompanying people with appreciation
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflection on one’s own actions
- Enjoyment in using supported communication and consistently promoting participation-oriented support
