For our dealership in Gland-Vich, we are recruiting a:

Workshop Planner / After-Sales Service Advisor

Full-time position (100%), start immediately or as agreed

Your main tasks:

• You schedule workshop appointments for optimal organisation, manage telephone calls. You assist the customer in their procedures with your advice and offer them our service packages.
• You organise and coordinate the transmission and drafting of information for the After-Sales service. You ensure that all necessary resources are planned for the smooth running of scheduled operations. You ensure customer satisfaction through optimal reception quality.
• Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and assume a decisive role in advising and selling services (for example, service packages, maintenance contracts) and products (parts and accessories) for automobiles.
• Conclude contracts, guarantee the registration and billing processes from reception to vehicle handover.

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Training in the field of mechanics
• Sense of responsibility
• Interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to generate active sales
• Organisational skills and flexibility
• Proficiency with computer tools
• Knowledge of English
• Driving licence (category B)
• Resident in the canton of Vaud or Geneva
