This is how you shape health
- Ensuring customer-centred care of policyholders
- Checking and processing invoices, cost approval requests and benefit enquiries
- Taking on an important role along the customer journey
- Handling benefit cases in the areas of prevention, aids, maternity, dentistry, complementary medicine and nutritional counselling
- Close cooperation with process and specialist support
- Cooperation with customer service
- Corresponding with policyholders and service providers
- Telephone contact with social and private insurance carriers, authorities and internal interfaces
What sets you apart
- Commercial or medical vocational training
- Experience in the benefits area as well as a health or social insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
- Flexible, responsible and resilient personality
- Precise and independent working style
- Flawless oral and written expression in German, good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
- Open personality with communication flair and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
