• Administrative support for inspectors
• Processing inspection and accident reports from ESTI inspectors
• Monitoring deadlines and dunning procedures for inspection reports
• Conducting team meetings, taking minutes
• Handling general administration (invoicing, expense claims, telephone support, digitising, address administration, etc.)

What makes you unique

• Commercial or similar basic training
• Good user knowledge of MS Office applications, enjoyment in working with databases
• Independent and responsible working style
• Social competence and flair in dealing with people, quality-conscious actions
• Confident and polished in German and another official language

The Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations ESTI in Fehraltorf (Zurich) is the supervisory and control authority for electrical installations that are not under the Federal Office of Transport. It ensures that these installations are planned, constructed and maintained safely and in an environmentally friendly manner. This includes high-voltage installations, low-voltage installations and weak current installations. Furthermore, ESTI is responsible for market surveillance of electrical products on behalf of the federal government under a service mandate. It also investigates accidents related to electrical installations in cooperation with Suva.
