Office Management Assistant
Office of Economy and Tourism | 80-100% | Chur
The Office of Economy and Tourism currently employs 20 staff members. As an executive assistant and member of the secretariat team, you support the head of the office as well as the office staff in carrying out various administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks. Through your commitment, you make an important contribution to the efficient and smooth operation of the office.

Tasks
- Proactive support of the head of office in daily operational activities and projects
- Function as an intermediary between internal services and external partners
- Coordination of appointments as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Drafting and processing correspondence and minutes
- Responsibility for administrative secretarial tasks and collaboration in their execution
- Substitution in the creditor management area
- Training and supervision of apprentices
- First point of contact for IT issues within the office.
What we expect from you
- Basic commercial training as well as additional qualification in a relevant field (e.g., SSS/SUP with specialization in executive assistance, public administration, or similar)Initiative, stress resistance, and solution orientation, combined with experience as an assistant in a demanding and diverse environmentExcellent written and spoken German skills and knowledge of a second cantonal language and EnglishFriendliness and professionalismStructured, independent, and reliable working methodOrganizational skills and high service orientationExcellent MS Office application knowledge and familiarity with various tools and applicationsGreat interest in economic topics as well as in the economic and political life of the Canton of Graubünden
