Your duties

As part of your role, you will be particularly required to:

• support residents in their daily lives, promoting their autonomy and personal projects;
• support and offer individualised assistance according to the specific needs of the residents;
• propose and lead activities suited to their development;
• organise and participate in educational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary networks;
• collaborate with the team, management, partners and legal representatives.

Your profile

We are looking for a person with:

• a diploma as a social educator ES (required). For those with qualifications obtained outside Switzerland, an official equivalence/recognition is required.
• a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in the social, medico-social, institutional or psychiatric field;
• the ability to establish a clear, humane and respectful framework;
• proficiency in professional writing, administrative tasks and networking;
• autonomy, good organisational skills, adaptability, flexibility and a good team spirit;
• good communication skills;
• availability to work varied hours, including weekends;
• a driving licence.
