A leading company in the IT and medical sector with headquarters and several locations in Switzerland is looking for an IT System Specialist. Our ROCKEN® partner is an established market player both as a service specialist and in the sales of holistic solutions and IT project business.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and support of internal IT projects
Operation and support of the IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network)
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as escalation management in business-critical incidents
Close collaboration with colleagues in the internal IT operational team
Creation and maintenance of documentation for the IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or equivalent further education
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure support and user support
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Exchange, Windows 10, Office products), VMware and Veeam
Good knowledge of networks; experience with Linux is an advantage
Interest in learning new platforms
Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
