Type of Work

MY TASKS

• 1st level support for employees in the client and infrastructure environment
• Receiving and processing support requests via telephone and ticket system
• Analysis and resolution of faults in the Windows client environment
• Supporting users directly on site
• Remote support to a manageable extent
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Installation of specific software with appropriate experience
• Support in user and permission management
• Collaboration on general tasks in the IT infrastructure environment

Requirements Profile

MY PROFILE

• Professional experience in 1st level support or a comparable IT support function
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Azure, VEEAM Backup and network technology is an advantage
• Experience in user and permission management
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct user contact
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• SME specialised in the development of cleaning machines

• Working hours: 07:00-17:00
• Gross hourly wage: CHF 36.00 - 42.00 (depending on age/qualifications)
