ICT Support & Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

The company is regarded as an expert in sophisticated security solutions and relies on quality and durability. The scope of work includes the entire range from fire protection doors to bullet-resistant glazing to thermally insulated façade systems. Ensuring professional 1st and 2nd level support for national and international employees as well as independent analysis and resolution of technical faults on site and remotely
Provision, configuration and worldwide delivery of modern workplace systems as well as standardisation of hardware and software solutions across various locations
Administration and support of Microsoft 365, Windows and business-critical applications
Active participation in ICT projects, system migrations and rollouts as well as conducting user training and continuous optimisation of technical documentation and support processes
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or technical basic training with corresponding IT further education
Practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as confident handling of ticketing systems such as Jira and modern Windows workplace environments
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as basic understanding of network technologies and IT security; ITIL knowledge is an advantage
Independent and service-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn, initiative and very good German and English skills
