• Handling quotation requests, order processing up to invoicing
• Advising and supporting our demanding key accounts in internal sales
• Supporting the coordination of the internal sales team in creating and maintaining all marketing appearances
• Supporting purchasing domestically and abroad
• Booking goods receipts and goods issues
• Supporting cost calculation in purchasing and accounting
• Telephone service
• General administrative tasks
• Procurement of cash-relevant information
• Supporting the shop team in sales
• Freight forwarding

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
