Your mission: From acquisition to after-sales

In this exciting sales role, you will independently manage your sales territory, acquire new customers, and accompany projects from planning to successful implementation.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Acquire customers: Active acquisition of new customers as well as expansion of existing business relationships.

• Maintain network: Close collaboration with end customers, electrical planners and electrical installers.

• Develop lighting solutions: Creation of individual lighting concepts that convince.

• Negotiate successfully: Secure sales and contract conclusions effectively.

• Manage projects: Pipeline management in CRM – structured and goal-oriented.

• Strengthen customer loyalty: Organisation and execution of training sessions, trade fairs and events.

Your profile:

• Sales experience – ideally with an existing customer network in the lighting or electrical industry.
• Technical competence – training in electrical/automation technology or comparable qualification.
• Lighting technology know-how – experience in planning and designing lighting systems is an advantage.
• Sales strength – you are convincing, creative and quickly recognise customer needs.
• Personality – independent, resilient and motivated, with a genuine team player mentality.
