This is what makes your everyday life exciting:

• You support Swiss SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of the Abacus software, especially in the area of HR and payroll.
• After a careful and personal introduction, you take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can count on the collegial support of your colleagues.
• Together with the clients, you analyse their HR and payroll processes, record their needs, and document them.
• Then you configure and implement the customised software solution at the client’s site. This usually takes several weeks and you often work directly on site. This enriches your everyday life even more.
• Also part of your tasks: organising and conducting workshops and user training for your clients.

This is what you bring with you:

• You don’t have to be a software expert yet, but a strong interest in IT and digitalisation topics is just as important as a fascination for HR and payroll processes.
• You grasp connections quickly, enjoy learning new things, and are ambitious when it comes to understanding your clients’ business and showing them good solutions.
• What do we imagine in your educational background? Not so easy, many paths lead to us. Promising are certainly a commercial apprenticeship complemented by business management training at FH/HF level or with a federal specialist certificate in HR. To accompany our clients optimally at eye level, you bring several years of professional experience in HR and/or payroll.
• If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, even better. Perhaps in the HR area or in payroll accounting. But this is not a requirement.
