Design practical Abacus solutions and support SMEs from idea to implementation

You know Abacus, understand the needs of SMEs and enjoy developing solutions that work in everyday life? With us, you implement standardised Abacus solutions, support clients during implementation and contribute your experience to the further development of our offerings.

Abacus Consultant (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your responsibilities

• You develop Abacus standard mandates and products together with product management
• You capture customer needs, check requirements against the Abacus standard and develop suitable solutions
• You manage orders and smaller projects from initial clarification to implementation
• You present your solutions, support acceptance and document key results in concepts and protocols
• You parameterise Abacus, implement solutions for clients and train users
• You support your clients after implementation and assist with DCC support if needed

What makes you successful

• You have good knowledge of Abacus and understand its applications
• You understand the business processes of SMEs and are familiar with procedures in the fiduciary environment
• You bring business management understanding and a good overview of various Abacus applications
• You work pragmatically, approach new requirements step by step and find solutions that prove themselves in everyday use
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with clients and specialists from different areas
• You want to deepen your expertise through targeted Abacus training
