Responsibilities:
Planning, operation, and further development of the Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environment
Administration and optimisation of software distribution with Ivanti DSM
Management of the Microsoft Intune platform to control clients, policies, and security requirements
Execution of system migrations, updates, and 2nd-/3rd-level troubleshooting in the workplace area
Automation and standardisation of deployment processes as well as maintenance of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (at least EFZ) or comparable technical qualification
Solid experience with Citrix, Ivanti DSM, Microsoft Intune, M365, and PowerShell scripting
Very good knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems, Active Directory, GPOs, and Entra ID
Technical understanding of networks, VPN connections, and security policies
Very good German skills (at least C2)
