You can make this contribution

• Assist in the creation of munitions documentation, training concepts, and the development of fundamentals for troop trials
• Organise and conduct explosive ordnance clearance in the former Mitholz munitions depot and other suspected areas throughout Switzerland
• Detect, identify, recover and dispose of explosive ordnance
• Adhere to quality and safety standards in the professional disposal of munitions

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, preferably in a technical field
• Completed basic military training with the Swiss Army
• Driving licence at least category B
• Impeccable reputation
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Proactive personality, team player with high physical and mental resilience

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army – from recruitment through basic training to leadership training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes advanced leadership training, army personnel, five training units, the training centre as well as the specialist unit for women in the army and diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting fields and contribute to success together with the professional military.
