Are you looking for a varied role with field service and direct customer contact? With us, you will take on responsible tasks in debt enforcement: You deliver payment orders, carry out seizures both at the counter and on site, and liaise with various stakeholders. An exciting role offering insight into legal procedures and diverse assignments.
Your tasks
- Serve customers at the counter, by phone and in the field (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)
- Prepare legal orders and calculate the subsistence minimum
- Deliver payment orders, announce and execute seizures, on site and at the official premises
- Prepare accounts and monitor incoming payments
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Confident and fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Independent and responsible personality with organisational talent
- Confident demeanour and good assertiveness
- Driving licence including car for field service assignments
- Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
