Digital Workflow Manager - Jira, Confluence & Service Excellence (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.
Precision, quality and reliable processes characterise the working environment. You can expect a technically demanding environment with short decision-making paths, high personal responsibility and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Management of the central collaboration and work management environment including performance and availability optimisation.
Design of process chains, access models, extensions and interfaces within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Translation of professional requirements into secure and data protection-compliant platform functions.
Coordination of fault rectification, adjustments, service requests and configuration lifecycle according to established service management standards.
Building user competence through training, knowledge articles and structured support of internal IT.
Qualifications:
IT professional qualification, higher education or relevant additional qualification in the IT field.
Several years of experience in supporting enterprise applications as well as confident handling of Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge in requirements engineering, process modelling or IT service tooling is advantageous.
Strong understanding of processes and a high willingness to provide solution-oriented advice to various stakeholders.
Independent, precise working style with pronounced team spirit; very good German, English skills at B2 level welcome;
