Activities that inspire you

• Support and development of existing familia key accounts in the Swiss market with a focus on retail, sales management, and specialist trade
• Co-design and implementation of sales strategies to open up new business areas, especially in snacking
• Acquisition of new customers as well as identification of market opportunities and trends
• Negotiation of annual meetings, conditions, and prices including responsibility for budget, sales, volume, and contribution margin targets
• Close collaboration with marketing, product development, and supply chain
• Projective market analysis to identify new growth potentials and trends

You are a customer- and market-oriented personality with a business education and have several years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing. You have knowledge of the Swiss retail channels, are familiar with sales partner management as well as the impulse sector, and have an affinity for the food industry. With passion and enthusiasm, you win and develop customers, set new impulses, and recognise market developments early. You think in networks, enjoy working process-oriented and in a team, and bring high self-motivation and commitment. Analytical skills, project management experience, very good IT user skills, as well as good English and French language skills are prerequisites.
