IT Operations Manager

To strengthen the operations team of our client’s IT centre, we are looking for a

IT Operations Manager

whose main task will be to manage the scheduling of batch processes as well as the smooth running of technical platforms within a large IT environment.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise and manage batch processes via the scheduling tool
• Ensure the smooth flow of processes and intervene in case of incidents
• Participate in level 2 support in a production environment
• Implement scripts to automate and secure procedures
• Participate in deployments and maintenance activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes

Your profile

• Willing to work between 6:00 and 14:00 or 14:00 and 22:00
• Education in IT, ideally a Federal VET Diploma as an IT Operator
• Experience within an IT production team
• Experience with a scheduler
• Good command of IT environments
• ITIL certification highly recommended
• Good command of French and technical English
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit or European Union citizen
