Your tasks
- Provide first aid: You take tickets and calls from our locations, assess the situation and tackle the problem at its root.
- Solve & forward: You crack many nuts yourself. When it gets really complex, you bring in our system and network experts.
- Stay up to date: You keep an overview during disruptions or system adjustments and inform users openly and transparently.
- Order in the system: To ensure no one is left in the dark, you keep our documentation fresh and understandable.
- Show flexibility: You take on on-call duty and occasional shifts at odd hours with a sporting attitude.
Your profile
- Completed IT apprenticeship (IT specialist EFZ) or a comparable backpack full of practical experience.
- Fresh from apprenticeship 2026? Perfect – we like to give talents a chance!
- You work independently, think ahead and don’t lose your smile even on stressful days.
- You speak "human" as well as "IT" and enjoy helping others.
- Driving licence category B in your luggage.
