Business Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Business Application Engineer, you actively shape the central corporate applications in the areas of HR, finance, facility management and marketing. You translate requirements into functional solutions between the specialist department and IT. Using Microsoft Power Platform, low-code tools and automation, you extract efficiency from existing processes. Those who enjoy working close to everyday business and see technology as a means to an end will find plenty of scope for creativity here.
Responsibilities:
You develop and operate central corporate applications together with a well-coordinated team.
With Power Apps, Copilot Studio and other no-code technologies, you build practical business apps for the specialist departments.
You design and maintain API-based interfaces (Application Programming Interface) between cloud applications, third-party systems and internal platforms.
Furthermore, you automate business processes and unlock efficiency potential along the value chain.
Additionally, you further develop the platform with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
You also support 2nd-level support, analyse faults and ensure stable operation.
Qualifications:
You bring experience with corporate applications from ERP, HR, finance or CRM environments.
Automation and integration technologies are part of your toolkit; knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is a plus.
You are familiar with cloud and web technologies and advise specialist departments on an equal footing.
You understand processes from HR, finance, marketing or facility management in context.
Moreover, you work in a structured manner, think solution-oriented and keep an overview of complex requirements.
You communicate confidently in German; English helps you with vendor and interface topics.
