ICT System Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You operate, monitor and maintain customer networks (client, server and cloud solutions) and ICT services in your own data centre as well as on-site at customers
- You independently plan and implement projects and installations in the areas of hardware and software as well as cloud services of achermann ict-services ag and Microsoft
- You implement client management solutions based on Microsoft Intune
- You define and document new solutions for customers as well as for internal use
- You take on partial project responsibility and provide technical customer advice for assigned customers
- You ensure service level requirements and continuously improve them
- You support us in technically complex third-level support
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed basic IT training and have been able to further develop and expand your IT experience for at least two years afterwards
- You are very familiar with Windows operating systems
- You already have experience with Microsoft 365 products such as Intune, Teams or Exchange Online
- You bring basic experience in VMware, Veeam, Powershell and Active Directory
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and want to advance professionally
- You are a team player, service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
