In this newly created position, you will support customers from the initial analysis through software implementation to successful introduction.

In doing so, you take on a lot of personal responsibility, actively shape projects and solutions, and make use of the wide scope for design that this role offers you.

HR Consultant Abacus Time Tracking, HR & Payroll 80–100% (Home Office Possible)

What makes your daily work exciting

• You lead and accompany Abacus projects with a focus on HR, payroll, and time tracking, from analysis to successful implementation.
• You analyse customer needs, develop suitable solutions, and implement them in a practical manner.
• You configure Abacus and create evaluations, forms, processes, and documentation.
• You conduct workshops and user training and support your customers even after go-live.
• You assist with demanding 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests and contribute your expertise purposefully.
• You actively participate and develop methods, processes, and workflows together with us.

What you bring with you

• Experience as a consultant with Abacus business software in HR, payroll, and/or time management, strong interest in further HR modules
• Education and training in business administration or business informatics, solid knowledge in HR or payroll accounting
• Very good technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions
• Consulting talent, strong communication skills, and interconnected thinking
• Structured, customer-oriented working style
• Initiative, team spirit, and an uncomplicated personality with a sense of humour
