Application Engineer Support (m/f/d)
You will thrive in your mission with:- Technical advice and support for our customers around the SOLIDWORKS CAD and 3DExperience product portfolio
- Handling support requests and drafting solution proposals
- Documenting all customer processes in the ticket system
- Installations, upgrades, and onboardings of software applications
- Conducting basic SOLIDWORKS and 3DExperience training courses
Your skills? More than interesting:
- Completed technical training (designer, degree in mechanical engineering)
- Experience in design with SOLIDWORKS is an advantage
- Project-oriented working
- Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
- German as a native language, very good English skills as well as solid French skills
