University of Teacher Education FHNW, Primary Level Institute
Your tasks:
As a clerk in the office, you will work in all study program-relevant processes of the office for the Primary Level Institute study programs and support the heads of professorships and lecturers with various tasks:
- communicate with students and lecturers
- manage data in various systems and databases
- support and carry out processes within the study operations
- collaborate in a team with other office staff as well as assistants of professorships in the study program processes of the Primary Level Institute
- collaborate with staff from other organizational units at PH FHNW
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training and many years of solid professional experience with proven high organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience in the education sector or public administration
- very good MS Office skills as well as flair for various other ICT applications
- strong affinity for university topics and enthusiasm for the professional content of teacher education
- willingness to see complex and rapidly changing tasks as a challenge
- high flexibility, independence as well as loyalty, collegiality, and friendliness
