- Telephone and email contact with patients, doctors, and insurance companies
- Appointment scheduling and coordination across multiple locations
- Management and maintenance of patient data in the system
- Organization and ensuring smooth practice operations
- Support of the locations in daily operations
With increasing experience and responsibility
- Independent organization of processes and priorities in daily business
- Contributing ideas in planning, capacity utilization, and cross-location coordination
- Creation and preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence
- Professional handling of insurance matters (including inquiries, cost speakers, complaints)
- Participation in and independent implementation of projects and internal processes
