We are seeking, from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, an
Administrative Assistant for Health Sciences Degree Programmes (80-100%)
Responsibilities
- Management of the electronic examination system Inspera
- Administrative support for internships and practical modules
- Collaboration in network maintenance
- Organisation of various information events and other study-related occasions including minute-taking
- Support for semester planning
- Support for examination administration and graduation procedures
- Support for the Dean's Office / Faculty Management in handling faculty-related administrative tasks
- Administrative support for appointment procedures
- Assistance with event planning
- Other general administrative tasks and support in various projects
Requirements
- Commercial or equivalent vocational training
- Very good IT skills
- Fluent German, good English skills
- Quick comprehension, careful and efficient working style
- Enjoyment in organising and taking responsibility
- Full availability required during the examination sessions in January and June
