We are a modern, customer-oriented company in the field of public transport and tourism with around 260 employees in Oberaargau and Seeland.

For our IT team in Langenthal, we are looking for a committed, independent person to start immediately or by arrangement

Workload: 80 - 100%

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

Ensuring uninterrupted operation of server, storage, backup systems (VMware/HPE Morpheus, Windows/Linux servers, Azure/AWS resources, Veeam)
Operation and support of workplaces and user management (M365)
Incident and change management including 1st and 2nd level user support
Support in firewall and network configuration
Taking on project responsibility
Expansion of internal IT management tools
Release management of new operating and standard software
Participation in the implementation of information security and vulnerability management related to IT infrastructure

Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on platform development or comparable qualification
Good know-how in Microsoft servers/clients, Windows operating systems, server services, virtualisation and M365
Good knowledge of cloud services, firewall and network is an advantage
High willingness to learn, customer and service orientation
Initiative and independent working style
Willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours (maintenance windows)
Driving licence category B
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
