With your experience in public fundraising, you contribute to securing the medical care of children, adolescents and women in the Middle East in the long term.
The non-profit association "Kinderhilfe Bethlehem", based in the heart of Lucerne, has been committed to the welfare of mothers and children in the Middle East for over 60 years. As a central project, it operates the Bethlehem Children's Hospital (Caritas Baby Hospital), the only hospital specialising in paediatrics in the West Bank. In addition, the association supports other projects. To strengthen the team, we have been commissioned to fill the newly created position
Fundraiser:in Public Fundraising
In this varied role, you are responsible for the systematic acquisition, development and retention of private donors in particular. You design, plan and implement fundraising campaigns across various channels, especially direct mail and digital media, thereby making an important contribution to the organisation's financing. In addition, you develop and implement retention programmes and analyse the impact of your activities using relevant key figures, deriving concrete impulses for the further development of the fundraising strategy. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external partners and ensure a consistent and effective donor journey.
For this varied task, you bring a solid commercial education as well as experience and success in fundraising. You identify with the values and mission of the association and convince with your confident, professional manner and your sociability. Your working style is self-initiated, forward-looking and goal-oriented. As a team-oriented personality, you actively contribute to the team and appreciate supportive collaboration. A confident handling of M365 and CRM systems rounds off your profile. Fluent German as well as good French skills (English and Italian are an advantage) complete your profile.
