Responsibilities

Active acquisition of new customers at small and medium-sized printing companies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Gaining market shares in the assigned segment area
Building and developing long-term customer relationships in the digital printing sector
Consulting and selling Canon toner production printing systems and associated solutions
Analysing customer requirements and developing suitable offer and solution concepts
Creating, presenting, and following up on quotations until successful contract conclusion
Planning and conducting system demonstrations in collaboration with internal specialists
Consistent market processing and identification of new business opportunities
Maintaining all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Participating in trade fairs, customer events, and sales promotion activities
Ongoing market and competitor observation
Maintaining internal interfaces with relevant departments

Several years of sales experience in the B2B environment, ideally in the graphic industry
Proven success in new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships
Commercial or technical basic training
Sound knowledge of digital printing (toner and/or inkjet), workflow, and application environment is an advantage
Good industry knowledge
Structured and precise working method
Good technical understanding
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills
