The St. Ulrich Community Centre (Generations House) offers 63 residents of various ages the opportunity to live in a natural environment with their individuality and independence. Around 30 people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments live and work in the residential and occupational area.

To complement our hospitality team, we are looking for a reliable and flexible person by arrangement.

What will you do with us? 

• Responsibility for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquet service
• Independently managing a service station including cash handling
• Preparing the mise en place and assisting with ordering
• Preparation and follow-up of events and occasions
• Friendly reception, advising and looking after our guests
• Professional serving of food and drinks
• Assisting with general cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Supporting the guidance and training of our apprentices
• Co-responsibility for compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
• Supporting other areas of hospitality as needed

What you bring with you:

• Experience in service or gastronomy
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a strong service orientation
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience – even in busy situations
• Warm demeanour, humour and appreciation in dealing with others
• Neat appearance and good manners
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
