The self-regulatory organisation of the Swiss Bar Association and the Swiss Notaries Association, abbreviated SRO SAV/SNV, has been ensuring supervision throughout Switzerland for nearly 25 years over the lawyers and notaries affiliated to it regarding compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. The SRO SAV/SNV is authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority and organised as a non-profit association.

Your workplace: ·
- In the immediate vicinity of Bern railway station in the General Secretariat of the SRO SAV/SNV
Your tasks include:
- Participation in all supervisory tasks of the SRO SAV/SNV·
- Support of the specialists of the General Secretariat and the Board in operational-administrative areas, such as - annual reporting - membership applications - training and further education - legal proceedings - control coordination and audit officers
- Providing administrative information to members of the SRO SAV/SNV
- Assisting in coordination with the various service providers of the SRO SAV/SNV
- Ensuring accessibility and communication with members
- Supporting the organisation and ensuring the smooth running of office operations
- Active participation in the maintenance and further development of the member portal
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in clerical work, preferably in a legally oriented sector or authority·
- Very good German and good French skills (Italian an advantage)
- A flair for careful and precise work
- Independent working style while appreciating a reliable team
- Proactive and responsible working approach
