Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Credit Cards – 24/7

Are you looking for a varied role in the financial world where you can use your language skills daily? For our dynamic team in the credit cards sector, we are seeking motivated individuals to start immediately or by arrangement in a shift system (7x24h).

Your responsibilities

• Customer advice: Telephone and written support for credit card customers regarding questions about statements, limits, and services.
• Security management: Immediate handling of card blocks in case of loss or theft.
• Fraud prevention: Identifying and processing suspicious transactions (fraud monitoring).
• Administration: Updating customer data and general back-office tasks.

Your profile

• Language skills: Fluent German (C1/C2) combined with very good knowledge of French OR Italian
• Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work irregular shifts (day, late, night, and weekend work in a 24/7 model).
• Impeccable record: Due to banking regulations, a clean central criminal record and debt enforcement extract are mandatory.
• Customer focus: High service orientation, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• IT affinity: Confident use of a PC and quick adaptation to new systems.
