A company with a versatile IT environment is seeking support in the area of system engineering. You will take care of the operation and maintenance of IT systems and assist users with technical questions and problems.
The position combines classic system technology with network support, cloud solutions, and IT security. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in internal IT projects and continuously improve existing systems.
Responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of Windows clients and servers as well as management of user accounts and access rights
Monitoring and updating IT systems as well as implementing security measures
Assistance with technical problems involving IT and specialised equipment
Support of network components, Microsoft cloud services, and virtualised systems
Assistance in planning and implementing IT projects as well as procuring new solutions
Handling support requests on-site and remotely in collaboration with internal and external contacts
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ, preferably in system technology or platform development
Experience in IT support, system operation, or a comparable role
Basic knowledge of several technologies such as Windows, VMware, Cisco, Fortinet, or PowerShell
Structured and independent working style with a sense of responsibility
Analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment in solving technical problems
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
