• Personnel and organisational leadership of employees at several locations (Basel, Mägenwil and St. Gallen) including deployment, capacity and resource planning
• Ensuring a stable, efficient and high-quality service operation in the IT service provider environment
• Coordination and prioritisation of customer orders, projects and support services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for compliance with service levels (SLA), quality standards and processes
• Escalation and decision-making authority in complex customer, operational or personnel situations
• Close cooperation with customers, management, service management and other internal interfaces
• Support in the further development of services, operating models and organisational structures
• Developing, promoting and inspiring trainees within the company

• Education or degree in computer science and several years of professional experience in system engineering, preferably at an IT service provider
• Leadership experience of technical teams, characterised by a situational and modern leadership style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• In-depth infrastructure and technology knowledge regarding on-premises, cloud and hybrid infrastructures (for example: MS Server 2012 - 2025, MS Client OS, M365 Security - Intune, Defender, MS Azure, Veeam Backup, VSphere, MS Hyper-V, MS SQL)
• Ability to recognise technical innovation and trends and to drive them forward with enthusiasm
• A service-oriented, ambitious and assertive personality with joy in working in a customer context and the associated travel activity
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
