- You handle general correspondence, orders, order confirmations and deadline reminders
- You take care of the organisation and operational processing of the assigned product groups
- You assist with quotation requests and offer comparisons as well as various projects
- You monitor and process framework agreements
- You take on the administrative handling of complaints in case of quality issues
- You promote and carry out the continuous improvement process (CIP) within your area of responsibility
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or technical basic education
- Ideally, you have completed or are currently undertaking further training, e.g. (Purchasing Clerk or Purchasing Specialist)
- You have good knowledge of MS Office products as well as ERP systems
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of EDM and PDM systems
- You have very good German and good English skills
