Your Tasks
- Deployment planning, scheduling and coordination of service technicians throughout Switzerland
- Planning and monitoring of installations, maintenance, validations and repairs
- Receiving, prioritising and managing service and fault reports
- Coordination of solution measures, technician deployments and loan equipment
- Interface management between customers, service, sales, project management and contract administration
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Identification and implementation of process and workflow optimisations
- Participation in cross-departmental service and improvement projects
- Maintenance and assurance of data quality in relevant IT systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
- Resource and capacity planning to avoid service interruptions
- Preparation and follow-up of cost estimates as well as invoice processing
- Handling of patient hazard cases and maintenance of asset and customer data
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Further training in customer service, service coordination or project management is an advantage
- Professional experience in deployment planning, scheduling or a comparable coordination function
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Analytical, networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Independent, structured and reliable working style even under time pressure
- High adaptability as well as strong team and conflict resolution skills
- Business fluent German and French skills
- Good English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- High IT affinity and experience with Microsoft 365; knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
