The Customer Deliveries Analyst plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction and delivery coordination. As the central point of contact for spare parts requests, they manage the complete process of quotations, orders, and shipments, while overseeing export activities. Working closely with internal teams, they ensure a smooth and efficient delivery flow.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer requests regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoicing of spare parts
- Supervise export activities, including customs declarations and transport management
- Organise and coordinate spare parts deliveries, both for external customers and inter-company exchanges
- Ensure smooth communication with customers regarding spare parts and deliveries
- Collaborate with various company departments to guarantee effective order and shipment management
- Propose improvements aimed at optimising order and delivery management processes
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Oversee the documentation required for exports and customs declarations
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers to ensure fast and efficient deliveries
- Participate in coordination meetings with sales, production, and logistics teams to align objectives and priorities

Your Profile
- Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent technical training) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment
- Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of German recommended
- Excellent command of administrative tasks and document management
- Expertise in import/export and understanding of customs requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Methodical and versatile, with excellent priority and unexpected event management
- Customer-oriented, with a natural ease in human contact
